Our First Post

My wife, children and I have just started hiking and have made an impressive trip already over the last several weeks.  We have hiked the Lawrence Kansas river front trail, the Ernie Miller Nature Park short trails and long trails and have hiked the short trail at Hillsdale Lake, Hillsdale Kansas.  It is our intent to start reviewing the local trails we hike as well as posting photo's of the trails, how our young children fair on these hikes and many other aspects of hiking from gear reviews to providing recommendations on where to hike with small children.  We hope that you will find our adventures interesting and informative.
